VGN Developers Pvt. Ltd one of the leading real estate developers in Chennai, announced the launch of ‘Brixton, uniquely designed residential complex which is to be built using international ALF Technology. VGN Brixton, which is coming up just opposite to Hyundai at Irungatukottai, which is just 8kms away from the Poonamalle High Road, has been designed to offer a wide range of apartments for everyone. This project is spread across 23 acres, will have 1872 housing units.
The project comprises of two and three BHK apartments ranging from 740 sq.ft. to 1,235 sq.ft, and is laden with superior provisions and lifestyle amenities to provide a comfortable lifestyle. The cost of the project is estimated at Rs. 400 crore.
On addressing the press, Mr. V.N. Devadoss, Chairman, VGN Developers, said, “The project would set a benchmark in the industry by using ALF (aluminium form work) technology. This international technology uses only concrete and steel to offer better strength and finish. VGN was introducing this technology for an affordable price, at Rs. 1,985 per sq.ft.” According to Pratish Devadoss, Managing Director, the project will be executed in two phases; the first phase will get ready with 800 apartments, and would be ready for occupation by December 2012. The features and amenities will include gymnasium, multipurpose hall, home theatre suites, indoor games, convenience store, pharmacy, coffee shop and ATM.VGN has developed five projects so far and 6-7 projects are under construction. It has a land bank worth Rs. 600 crore in and around Chennai.
